What should I bring to class?

Own Skates: Please bring your own skates, as we do not supply them.
Protective Gear: Helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear something you can move freely in.If you have a G&F uniform, please wear it to class along with black bottoms
