FAQ’s
Should we dress up? - It's your choice, but we would encourage it.
Do we need to print out tickets or this confirmation e mail? - No your name is enough.
Do we need to arrive early?- If you could arrive 10 minutes before your session time. this will help us to get you registered.
Are there refreshments? - Snacks and drinks will be sold at the event.
Can I take photographs? - You can take photographs of the children that you bring with you and any of the Elves or Santa, but you may not take photographs of other children.
Is there parking? - There is limited parking on site and plenty of street parking in the vicinity.
Is there somewhere for the Elves to spend their pocket money? - Yes there will be an Elf Shop and a few Elf Games.
Do adults need to pay for a ticket? -No, only Trainee Elves need tickets.
