Elliott Armen is a singer-songwriter who grew up between Paris and his native land of Saint-Malo.

Since he was a teenager, he has been composing on guitar and piano, inspired by the landscapes that shelter his family house, located on the edge of a magnificent estuary.

Elliott Armen, named after the lighthouse on the island of Sein, recorded his first album in a studio on the island of Ushant. Helium Balloons was released on 31 March, 2022.

The 25-year-old from Brittany blends guitar and piano with his airy voice. His work has an intimate, woodsy atmosphere. His timeless music is anchored between land and sea.

For his second album, Elliott Armen decided to go to Scotland, dreaming of a particularly isolated location on the Isle of Lewis. Peter Fletcher's inspirational Black Bay Studio, on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, was the perfect spot. Elliott took the ferry from Saint-Malo and then the bus to reach the island's main town, Stornoway. From there, he began a 200 kilometer walk through the awe-inspiring landscape. After pitching his tent under the stars for twelve days, he arrived at his destination, fully immersed in the island, and ready to record his new record.

Turbulence, released on 12 January 2024, is a journey through grief, love and solitude. A translation of the great Celtic landscapes that inspired him, and a hymn to melancholy as a means to reach joy.

Robin Allender is musician, comedian and podcaster from Bristol, now living in London.

He has played guitar, bass and keyboards with Yann Tiersen, Gravenhurst, Lucinda Chua, The Revival Hour, DM Stith and Ed Dowie.

As a singer and guitarist he has released a number of albums and EPs, and his music, under his own name and as The Allender Band, has been played on BBC Radio 2 and 6 Music.

Foxes in the Foyer, a collection of instrumental songs, was released on vinyl by Scissor Tail Editions in 2014. His most recent album, Underground River, was released in December 2023.

At the Harrison he will play a solo set on electric guitar, interspersed with stories and (subjectively) amusing anecdotes.
