Access to the school site and Headteacher’s presentation will be by TICKET ONLY.
Tickets are restricted to a maximum of three per family.
IMPORTANT
In the event of increased COVID19 infections rates, we may be forced to deliver this event remotely. We ask prospective parents to check the school’s website from Monday 6th September for changes and also prior to attending this event.
Under current guidance (May 2021) we ask that visitors wear a protective face mask when visiting the school and follow social distancing and hygiene measures when on school site.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, paper tickets will be scanned at the door, however we encourage parents to go paperless. You can do this by downloading and presenting your e-ticket using your mobile at the door.
Are ticket numbers limited per presentation?
Yes. Tickets are limited 3 per family. The School will cancel any duplicate tickets and re-allocate based on availability. You will be notified by email if this happens.
Will my details be stored on third party systems?
Yes, this service is managed by eventbrite. The information you provide will be stored by eventbrite so that your ticket can be issued.
Do I need to setup and eventbrite account to order my ticket?
No, you will receive your tickets directly from the School's events email address events@ephs.ealing.sch.uk.
What information is being collected and for what purpose?
Data regarding your child’s Primary schools is being collected to facilitate student presentations run by Year Leaders at our Open Evening.
Your name and email address is being used for the purpose of order fulfilment.
Any data collected will be destroyed once it has fulfilled it's purpose.
