Ely MILKs is free to attend and relies on donations, as it does not receive any government or council funding.
Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.
Ely MILKS is a small charity run by local women who have, or are currently breastfeeding. We passionately believe that everyone should be given the help and support to choose to breastfeed and keep breastfeeding if problems arise.
The Ely MILKS support group meets once a week. The group is led by Sarah Oakley, a Lactation Consultant. Sarah is supported by a breastfeeding counsellor and peer supporters.
This group is for anyone breastfeeding or chestfeeding their baby or child and their partner or supporter. Ely MILKS provides information and support for mums and parents who are breastfeeding or chestfeeding. We believe choosing to breastfeed your baby is one of the most positive decisions you can make for your child’s health and development.
