The third and final SOUP for 2016 will be held on Wednesday 12 October!
People helping people, that is the idea of Ely SOUP, a community crowd funding project that is now very much part of Ely City life.
It’s simple, pay £5 for soup, bread and a vote. During the event, four groups/individuals present their idea for a project. People chat about the pitches they’ve heard whilst enjoying food together, they vote for their favourite idea, the idea with the most votes wins the money in the pot.
The third Ely SOUP takes place at 7.00pm when we are very excited to be the guests of Market Street Brasserie on Market Street. Doors will open at 7.00pm and presentations will start at 7.30 pm and canapés will be served on arrival and soup after the pitches. All are very welcome!
This FREE ticket reserves your place, you will be required to pay £5 on the door. PLEASE NOTE - if you don't turn up then the successful pitcher/s will lose out - not us, as all money goes to the successful group or individual not Ely Soup. Therefore if you reserve a place and then can't come, please, please tell us and we can reallocate your place.
Please note, due to the size of the venue if you have not arrived by 7.15pm your ticket will also be reallocated.
