Come and join Emancipated Run Crew as we join forces with Croydon BME Forum to move Croydon with a weekly walk and talk session in Croydon's many beautiful parks.

The aim is simple: walk at a pace you can walk and talk and mix and mingle with the people in the group engaging in conversation of whatever is on your mind. Packed in one event are so many benefits to emotional, mental and physical health!
