FACITLITATED by Elaine Nayler (SLE, AST). Elaine is the Deputy Headteacher and Head of Teaching and Learning at Askwith Primary School, part of the Yorkshire Collaborative Academy Trust (YCAT). She is often deployed to support schools and is passionate about supporting teachers to improve their practice. Elaine was involved in the NCTL research project Assessment Beyond Levels and regularly speaks at national conferences for Capita on embedding assessment systems in primary schools.
