This interactive 3-hour online training explores how to make these documents living, breathing parts of practice rather than static paperwork. Participants will learn how to ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations, present the home’s ethos with clarity and authenticity, and create children’s guides that are engaging, accessible, and empowering. Real-world examples, Ofsted feedback, and reflective exercises will help participants turn compliance into meaningful impact.
· Understand the regulatory requirements for Statements of Purpose and Children’s Guides under the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
· Evaluate and critique existing documents against Ofsted expectations, identifying areas for improvement.
