Embercombe Apple Day
Come join us at Embercombe for a day filled with all things apple! From picking fresh apples to pressing them into delicious apple juice. Bring your own bottles and take fresh pressed juice home with you, turn it into pasteurised juice or cider. A great way to spend one of the last days of the summer holidays, suitable for all ages.
Prepare to get sticky and possibly soggy from rinsing apples and apple bobbing. Please wear suitable footwear, the ground is uneven, contains thistles and nettles that can hurt bare toes and the sheep and badgers have left 'deposits' in various places.
The event runs from 11am to 3:30pm but please note last entrance is at 2:45pm
The event is free but we encourage donations to help us to keep running such days.
Previously pasteurised, bottled apple juice and various other products can also be purchased on the day, as well as empty bottles for taking fresh juice home with you.
