Join us for a powerful evening of conscious connected breathwork under the trees, guided by firelight, nature and spirit.

This is more than just breathwork it’s a ceremony. A space to release, remember & reconnect.

Surrounded by woodland and held in the warmth of a crackling campfire, we’ll journey through a shamanic-style breathwork session designed to move energy, unlock emotion and open your heart to deeper truths within.

You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breath. A rhythmic circular breathing technique that activates the body’s natural healing processes. Combined with music, intention, a safely held space this practice can support deep emotional release, spiritual insight, and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re holding grief, seeking clarity or simply longing to feel more alive and connected this is a space to come home to yourself.

No previous breathwork experience is needed just a willingness to meet yourself honestly and breathe through whatever arises. You’ll be fully guided and supported throughout.

🌀 What to Expect:

  • A grounding welcome & intention-setting around the fire
  • Guided shamanic-style conscious connected breathwork
  • Nature-based ceremony & integration
  • A held, heart-led space for emotional release, healing and reconnection

🔥 What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat & blanket to lie on / a pillow for extra comfort
  • Layers for warmth (we’ll be outside after sunset)
  • Water bottle / light snack for after
  • Journal & pen (optional, for reflection)
  • Torch / Head Torch (for the walk to & from car park)
  • An open heart

🧘‍♂️ Session Preperation:

  • Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day
  • Eat light – have a light meal 2–3 hours before (avoid heavy or spicy foods)
  • NO alcohol or substances on the day of the session

Are toilets available?

There are public toilets in the first car park. The event will take place a 10minute walk away. Advised to use toilet before we head off.
