About this event
✨ Embodied Boundaries & Desires ✨
Come home to yourself and learn to relate from your body’s truth.
What do I truly want?
What is my body saying?
And… do I trust it enough to follow through?
Following the first edition of Embodied Boundaries, this next version expands the field—bringing desire into the conversation.
Still rooted in deep body awareness, we now explore not just boundaries, but what lights us up, what draws us in, how we ask for and receive what we really want—in safety and presence.
This isn’t about doing it perfectly.
It’s about trying things on.
Slowing down enough to listen.
Saying yes. Saying no.
Noticing how it feels.
There’s space for pleasure, awkwardness, surprise, and sovereignty.
We’re here to learn and be together—through the body, through connection, and through daring to show up authentically.
🌀 What It’s About:
We’ll explore the art of boundaries & desires through movement, connection, and real-time body listening.
Boundaries are seen as an act of love—a yes to yourself and others.
Not as walls, but as deeper connection points to yourself and another.
This is about building the internal safety and structure that allows you to show up with confidence, clarity, and ease—and dare to go for what you really want.
You’ll be invited into simple partnered and group exercises that blend movement, somatic awareness, and gentle interaction.
Everything is an invitation, and you are welcome to participate at your own pace.
🧭 You’ll get to:
- Sense and honour your body’s signals
- Build a deeper connection to self through embodied listening and validating what you feel
- Become aware of unconscious beliefs & patterns that shape your relating
- Stand in your truth and express it with care and power
- Communicate your yes and no with more ease and confidence
- Express your desires and potentially receive what you want
💫 This is for you if:
- You’re longing for a somatic, energetic, and embodied exploration of boundaries and connection
- You want to create more safety and self-trust in your body
- You often override your truth — it’s hard to say no, or it’s hard to say a full yes
- You’re ready to shift from old self-abandoning patterns into aligned, self-honouring ways of being
- You long for a space where you can tap into your real desires and get a chance to explore them
- You want to connect with others in an easeful, playful and authentic way
- You’re curious about intimacy, sensuality, or temple spaces, and want to feel more prepared and grounded before stepping in
