This is a 5 session series over a 6 week period (no session in half term).
We have places for 4 participants and ask that you commit to the series as best you are able so that we can build a consistent and safe space to explore this work.

Group therapy work, held in a deeply compassionate space at the beautiful 'Hands on Retreat' centre.
'Identity Oriented Pyschotrauma Therapy' invites us to step into and embody the energy of parts of our psyche. Here we can befriend them and listen to their needs and their truth. This is a truly transformative practice that can address the root of blocks and support you to find a more harmonious way forward. Constellations can release ancestral patterns so you can expand into your best Self with more joy and clarity.
Clare is a qualified Counsellor and Integrated Constellations Pracitioner.
Nikki is a professional Kinesiologist, teacher and Integrated Constellations Practitioner.
