Ahead of the launch later in the month of the new Burnout Resilience Project (much more info coming very soon!), we are delighted to offer a very special opportunity to experience a simple but powerful course of workshops. This course usually has quite a hefty price tag, but because we love you and we want to acknowledge all the work and effort you bring to the cause, it is being offered here for an optional donation of whatever you can afford to make it accessible to everyone.

Using Polyvagal Theory (modern research into the nervous system), the workshops present a package of skills based on a simple map of internal experiences. This map was originally developed for treatment of extreme trauma. However, it applies to everyone, because it is a fundamental description of how the human body and mind are connected.

There are many applications of these principles – such as prevention of overwhelm and returning to a well regulated state after trauma. Rather than just teaching this as a set of exercises, the workshop helps you understand WHY particular things are suggested. This educational approach means that the material could become a life-skill and be useful in all kinds of situations.

This online workshop programme takes place over 4 x 1½ hr sessions.

This event is for the Evening Sessions only (7.00 – 8.30pm):

Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th June, Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd July

Optional follow up / debrief Tuesday 7th July

To get your Zoom link please email: xrnorthnorfolk@protonmail.com

Spaces are limited, so we would appreciate you signing up prepared to attend all four days of the workshop. Limited spaces so don’t delay!
