During this creative movement workshop, we will be mapping and tracing journeys to deepen our spatial awareness and cultivate a sense of belonging within ourselves and the wider cityscape.
Through guided playful and grounding prompts, you will get a chance to try something new, expand your comfort zone in a safe and welcoming environment, and connect to local surroundings and other city dwellers through movement.

No previous movement experience required, simply a little curiosity.
The workshop will be lead by Nora. Nora (she/they) is an emerging multidisciplinary artist whose spontaneous practice dabbles in movement, crafts and visual arts.
Drawn to themes of belonging, connection, healing and renewal, Nora views art & creativity as portals to bridge fragmented realities and foster communal care.
Her practice currently explores embodied narratives, recurring instances and conversations between the intentional & the unexpected, informed by a meditative & interactive approach to creating & co-creating.
Notes
Most of the session will be taking place outdoors, please wear weather appropriate and comfortable clothes and shoes, and do not forget to bring water!
