About the Course:
Through movement, poetry, voice, storytelling and reflection, this workshop will offer an introduction to the myth and provide a held space to work with it’s insights in your own life. Carly will also look specifically how the myth can be used in the therapy room and how it can provide a much-needed sacred holding for therapeutic work and to help us trust the process: both our own and our clients.
