About this event

I will take you through the process from a piece of sheet metal to the finished product. There is no previous embossing experience required or drawing ability as I will provide stencils and traceable images.

Pewter is a pliable, radiant, silvery metal that is easy to engrave or emboss with basic hand-held tools to create raised designs. The metal is then oxidized to create an aged appearance.

The pewter will be used to embellish a keepsake box, which will then be coloured using inks. The box will then be lined with fabric and a decorative clasp added.
