Event description

Description

An opportunity to see the acclaimed social impact documentary Embrace.

Embrace follows body image activist, Taryn Brumfitt’s crusade as she explores the global issue of body loathing, inspiring us to change the way we feel about ourselves and think about our bodies.

Embrace: The Union Project is a campaign seeking to find 1,000 people to host a screening of the film. When we accomplish this mission, the Body Image Movement will make the Embrace Education Study Guide accessible to all UK secondary schools for FREE! This resource inspires life-changing body image conversations in the classroom. All proceeds from this screening will go towards future screenings of the film.

For more info or to host your own screening: https://bodyimagemovement.com/embracetheunionproject/ https://www.facebook.com/bodyimagemovement

Please come and see the film. It is rated 12A: suitable for children aged 12 and over.
