While we understand that childcare can sometimes be a challenge, this event is designed as a calm and focused space for adult women to connect, share, and engage in meaningful conversations around menopause and wellness. To help you get the most out of the experience, children are not permitted.

As this will be our first event, products and services will be limited. You will have time throughout the day to experience a chair massage and grab yourself a copy of the menopause wellness community's self-published book.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to support you. Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds within 14 days of the event, as catering and materials will have already been confirmed.
Yes, we are more than happy for you to transfer your ticket, especially if you are unable to make it last minute. All we ask you to do is email: menopausewellnesscommunity@gmail.com and let us know the name and contact details of the person to whom the ticket has been transferred.

Unfortunately, the venue does not have allocated parking. You can park in Blackfen's Co-op car park, Westwood Lane, Sidcup DA15 9PS, for a fee. It is suggested to use the JustPark app to book in advance.
The nearest National Rail station to Blackfen Community Library is Falconwood, which is about a 15-minute walk (around 0.7 miles) from the venue. Alternatively, Sidcup and Welling stations are also close options, approximately 1 mile away.
Yes, a full agenda will be shared with all attendees closer to the event date. It will include session times, speaker details, breaks, and activities, so you’ll know exactly what to expect throughout the day. We’ll also have printed copies available at the venue.
