Navigating university life as a neurodivergent student can bring unique challenges—but also incredible strengths. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism, are exploring your neurodivergent identity, or simply want to better understand how your brain works, this session is for you.

In a supportive and stigma-free environment, we’ll explore what neurodiversity looks like in a university context and how you can better understand yourself and your needs.

Here’s what you’ll gain from this session:

  • Insight into ADHD and Autism—what they really mean in everyday university life
  • Clear information on screening and diagnostic services available through the university, and how to access them
  • Encouragement to seek support early, understand your learning profile, and become a confident self-advocate
