About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join us for an inspiring and insightful session with Sarah Hayes, the People and Safety Director of Securitas, a global organisation employing over 8,000 people across the UK. In this talk, she will share her personal journey of navigating life and leadership with a different brain in a largely neurotypical world.

She'll explore the strategies and support systems that have helped her succeed and more importantly, the inclusive practices implemented at Securitas to create environments where neurodivergent employees don’t just feel they belong, but are empowered to thrive.

Whether you're looking to improve your organisation's neuroinclusion efforts or simply want to deepen your understanding of neurodiversity in action, Sarah’s story will both inform and inspire.
