Have you been kind to yourself recently? Have you been comparing yourself to others, or to what you see on social media? Do you need to prioritise your self-care and your wellbeing or take some time to disconnect to connect?

Join me for a 90 workshop with slow flow yoga for inner strength, short guided meditation for inner peace with time to focus on self-kindness by using a workbook full of reflective and practical wellbeing activities (yours to take home after!).

You can expect slow, mindful movement with breathing techniques to build resilience. A short-guided meditation to release tension and techniques for self-compassion. You will have the choice to complete self-reflective workbook activities or journal, encouraging you to focus on your personal goals, explore your strengths and celebrate your achievements using a compassionate, solution focused approach.

Perfect for:
* Anyone who would like to make time for themselves and explore practical techniques to embrace self-kindness.
* If you enjoy slow flow yoga and love a bit of journaling and self-reflection, then this is for you!
