Embracing Winter - Forest Bathing
Overview
Embrace the energy and ambience of winter by joining a small group Forest Bathing sesssion on Sunday 30th November in the beautiful space of Happy Valley, Coulsdon in Surrey.
This two and a half hour session will be perfect as an introductory session to Forest Bathing / Shinrin Yoku where you will be introduced to the key concepts, be able to take part in a range of meditative actitivites and enjoy quiet time to immerse yourself in the spirit of nature. This session is also perfect for you if you have been to a Forest Bathing session before and are keen to practice it again in and bond with nature.
Your forest bathing guide will be Nikki who is a certified student Forest Bathing Guide and fully committed to sharing her love of nature and forest bathing with people who are keen to connect and bond with nature.
Nikki holds an Enhanced DBS and is a qualified Remote Outdoor First Aider.
Forest Bathing has many benefits for the mind and the body.
