It won't have escaped your notice that it's International Women's Month, and that this year's theme is #Accelerate Action. But how can we make this acceleration happen in our everyday lives? And what if a lack of confidence - not just in your skills, but in how you talk about them, is holding you back?

We're delighted to invite you to an empowering talk designed specifically to help you own your worth and get comfortable being seen and valued for all that you bring to the table. In this inspiring session, we'll challenge the negative thought patterns that may be stopping you from achieving your career goals, and explore practical strategies to help you speak up, self-promote with confidence, and advocate for the opportunities you deserve, both in and out of the workplace.

Join us at the Heyford Park Innovation Centre on 27 March 2025, from 9 am - 10.30 am, for a dynamic discussion about how to overcome self-doubt, unlock your confidence, and show the world exactly what you're capable of.

We're very excited to welcome Becky Hogan, a Creative Confidence Mentor, Certified Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and the creator of The Enoughness Diagnostic. Becky specialises in helping professional women—and those returning to or pivoting in their careers—rebuild their confidence, find their voice, and finally stop hiding their brilliance. She’ll be sharing how to harness your self-belief, silence your inner critic, and start showing up for the career you truly want.

We're looking forward to seeing you from 9 am, with a chance to meet other like-minded professionals over coffee. From 9.15 am, the 9-2-3 team will be introducing the session, and Becky will be taking the floor from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. This event is open to women (and of course men!) of all career backgrounds looking to reignite their confidence and turbo-charge their career journey.

This year, in lieu of a ticket price, we're asking all our attendees to consider donating a pack of sanitary protection to their local food and toiletries bank. Even in the UK, in 2025, period poverty affects the educational and therefore professional opportunities available to an astonishing number of girls and women. As part of our collective quest to #Accelerate Action, we'd like to ask you to join with us in helping to fight period poverty. We'll have a box available for donations at our event but please don't be put off if you don't have the opportunity to bring a donation with you. Please just think of us next time you're in your local supermarket, and consider whether you might be in a position to make a donation.
