About this Event
There are three workshops each focussing on a specific area to support their journey:
- Bouncing Back: All about understanding where you are now and improving your resilience.
- Developing a Can do Attitude: All about helping you to get a positive mindset to focus on your determination to succeed
- Setting up for Success: All about giving you the tools and techniques to ensure the growth and change continues after the programme completes.
What you will learn:
- Basic coaching skills
- How to exploit your character strengths
- The importance of a positive mindset
- Development of your prioritised success plan

- Three workshops, each 1.5 hours
- Tools and techniques that can be used afterwards
