This certificate is designed for those who require knowledge of managing emergency situations whether in the workplace or in the home. This course is therefore suitable for employees who are going to be the nominated ‘Appointed Person First Aider’ in the workplace or someone who would like a comprehensive introduction to Emergency First Aid.
This course provides a general introduction to First Aid and is appropriate for those who require a basic knowledge of the Emergency First Aid qualification.
This course will cover the following topics:
Dealing with accidents and illness
· Using a First Aid kit
· Simple record keeping
· First Aid priorities
· Treatment of an unconscious casualty
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All candidates are required to bring photographic identification to the course, such as a passport, driving license, or work ID. You will not be permitted to sit your exam without photographic proof of ID. If you have any queries on this, please contact us before your course.
