• Communication and casualty care
• Seizures
• Bleeding (minor and severe)
• Shock
• Burns
• Unresponsive casualty
• Choking
• Defibrillator pad placement
• Defibrillator prompts and how to respond

Certificates fulfil all of the requirements of insurance and are valid for 3 years.
