Emergency First Aid at Work 1 day course

This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be able to perfrom basic first aid throughout your daily life. We make sure the course is engaging and interractive without just sitting all day looking at powerpoints. It will also teach you how to use a defibrillator with ease so you will be prepared if you ever need to use one.

Participants will need a basic level of mobility to partake in the course (mandated by the Health and Safety Executive).

Our course takes place at Portsmouth Guildhall which is located in the city centre, walking distance from Portsmouth & Southsea train station and also near public car parks. Shops are nearby so you can venture out on breaks for food if needed.
