The First aid at work training course is designed to enable people to carry out appropriate first aid in an emergency situation at work.

Resuscitation    

 Management of the Unconscious Casualty      

Control of bleeding      

Management of burns     

Head Injuries      

Fractures      

Spinal Injuries      

How to recognise and Treat Common Medical Conditions      

Contents of First Aid Boxes      

Demonstrate Safe Use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Certification given - certification lasts for 3 years.

In light of the current COVID - 19 we would like to ensure you, we are following government guidelines to ensure everyone's safety whilst on site. We will provide face masks and gloves for all delegates. During this time we will not be offering lunch so ask for delegates to bring their own. Water/Tea/Coffee are available. We would also like each delegate to bring their own pen to take notes from the course. Please can we stress that you should not attend this training, should you (or anyone you live with / have close contact with) be experiencing a high temperature; a new, continuous cough; or a loss of smell or taste. We will take your temperature with a non contact infrared body thermometer before the course commences, should your temperature be high you will be turned away. Each delegate's safety is our priority.
