Emergency First Aid at Work is a 6-hour course that is suitable for participants who are responsible for first aid in the workplace or at events. It equips you with the necessary skills to identify incidents and manage them appropriately.

All participants are required to attend the whole of the training and by the end of the course be able to demonstrate effectively all skills & complete a first aid quiz.

On successful completion each participant will receive a certificate and that is valid for 3 years.

Who is providing the course?

This course is being organised by The Friends of Conquest Hospital to raise funds to support the Hospital. The training will be provided by 1066 Training an independent approved provider of First Aid training programmes.

Will completing this course allow me to work in the NHS?

No. This course is for individuals who require an Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate only.

Can I park at the hospital?

You can park in the visitors car park at the hospital and will have to pay on exit. Alternate parking options are available at the Hastings Centre or in the roads behind the hospital. Please allow time to find parking space as the hospital is busy.
