Arts Council England have re-purposed all their investment in response to the Covid-19 crisis to create two emergency funding streams to support both individual artists/creative practitioners/freelancers (awards up to £2,500) and organisations (awards up to £35,000). There are only two rounds for submission, with deadlines on 16th and 30th April.

Metal are working with consultant and fundraiser Rachel Drury to deliver a digital seminar and Q&A session ahead of each funding deadline.

The session, hosted on Zoom, will start at 6pm on Thursday 23rd April and last for 90 minutes. It will offer an overview of the funding strands with practical tips and guidance, in addition to a responsive Q&A session. Attendees are asked to send their questions in advance by 5m, Thursday 23rd April at latest. These questions will then be compiled and answered during the session. Booking is essential and is via Eventbrite (link here) which will give you access to the Zoom login code and the email address for questions.
