This three-part course is for emerging leaders with 1-5 years experience who want to feel more confident in themselves and their leadership abilities as they step up at work. The course is highly interactive and includes models and frameworks, self-reflection, peer to peer learning and coaching. Please notes dates for January Cohort: 16th, 23rd, 26th and you we require commitment to all three sessions. Spaces are strictly limited to those who can commit to all three sessions - please do not sign up unless you can do so.

Programme Intention: For emerging leaders to feel more confident in themselves as they step up and in leading others. They will walk away with greater self-awareness, actionable insights and increased confidence in their leadership abilities.

Joe is a certified leadership development & career coach, helping junior-mid level leaders to be happy, effective and confident at work. With a commercial background in startups, Joe experienced first hand the challenges of leading a team without any experience or support when he became Head of Sales, leading a team of six at a high-growth startup. He now runs his own coaching business, Great Talk whilst also working for a leadership development business - helping emerging leaders to feel more equipped and confident as they step up at work.
