Emerging Leaders

This interactive, experiential workshop has been designed for use with people at any level in organisations and is recognised by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management).

Suitable for new and experienced managers, as well as rising stars, this two-day course will cover four fundamental areas of leadership, including some of the most common challenges leaders face.

This two-day course is tailored to reflect the needs of the delegates and the course content may vary as the workshop is adapted to these needs.

About the Trainer

Jo Abergel is a Recognised Provider of the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and has been facilitating leadership training courses for over 30 years. Her flagship bespoke, accredited programme has been delivered multiple times in Gibraltar, across various sectors from Online Gaming Companies to Law Firms to Government Departments.
Jo coaches leaders to build on their existing skills in order to lead high performing teams, and motivate, stretch and challenge their people. In a nutshell, she aims to develop stronger, happier relationships between managers and teams. This is achieved through learning about:
