On Thursday 9 October, Emmaus Mossley is putting reuse, repair and sustainable fashion centre stage.
Step inside our immersive experience, constructed entirely with second-hand clothing and furniture and brought to life by models. You will have the chance to exclusively shop our hand-picked premium and vintage range of clothing for all shapes and sizes, enjoy music from our live DJ, and embrace your inner activist - with more to be announced...
The event will also provide an opportunity to raise awareness about the ongoing issues surrounding the textile industry, whilst offering affordable alternatives to fast-fashion.
Preloved for a Purpose
Emmaus Mossley supports people who have experienced homelessness by providing them with a home, companionship, tailored support and work opportunities. Emmaus Mossley's Thread Revolution will build on the success of last year’s charity fashion event and all proceeds raised will go to support our charity and the people who live here.
Our Café will be open offering mocktails, cakes and other light bites, with a complimentary soft drink on arrival.
Emmaus Mossley’s Thread Revolution will take place on Thursday 9 October from 6:30pm – 8:45pm at Emmaus Mossley, Longlands Mill, Queen Street, Mossley, OL5 9AH. Tickets to the event are limited and priced at £5.
