Join us at Engineering and Manufacturing peer networking breakfast to get an insight into new opportunities within the Nuclear Industry for companies in the North East.

Get an overview of the nuclear industry in the UK – Fuel, Generation, Decomissioning, Waste, Defence, Scientific/Research (including fusion) and New Build with a focus on the North East and importantly, how manufacturing could be key to the UK successfully selling Small Modular Reators globally.

Phil Vaughan, Vice Chair of the North East Branch of the Nuclear Institute (NI) and a fellow of both the NI and Institute of Mechanical Engineers will be providing an initial insight for EMN members in advance of the major Nuclear Conference Exhibition and Dinner (hosted by NOF & NI on 23rd May).

With potential new nuclear facilities in Hartlepool, Billingham and interest in sites in Sunderland and Teesside for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), this is the time to dip your toe in and find out what opportunities may exist for your business.
