Due to varying circumstances, our emotional state can fluctuate so much that your quality of life is compromised.

Learn traditional yoga and Buddhist philosophies, techniques and perspectives to help balance your emotions, prepare yourself to live worry-free and live in the present moment by relinquishing your need to control (almost everything). Give in to being happy, but do not give up.

Open to professional healers, yoga enthusiasts, yoga teachers and all who want to improve their health. An accreditation exam is offered for those wishing to be recognised professionally.
