EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping” is a body/mind self-help method that is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. It involves tapping with fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and body while giving focused attention to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.EFT Tapping can help us:Relieve stress and promote general relaxation
Release and transform uncomfortable emotions like anxiety, sadness, anger, guilt, and frustration
Identify, explore and resolve limiting thinking and habits of behaviour
Gently and appropriately heal the effects of trauma and more
