It involves tapping with fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and body while giving focused attention to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.EFT Tapping can help us:Relieve stress and promote general relaxation

Identify, explore and resolve limiting thinking and habits of behaviour
