Emotional Health Edinburgh : 1 Day Course

This 1 day emotional health course will provide workers with practical methods to support children and young people to identify positive coping strategies to help them deal with difficult feelings such as anxiety, low mood, anger and low self-esteem.
The course aims to:
- Increase workers knowledge, skills and confidence when providing 1-1 support for young people who are experiencing difficulty with their emotional health
- Provide practical methods and activities to encourage young people to identify positive coping strategies to help them deal with difficult feelings such as anxiety, low mood, anger and low self-esteem”
- Explore some of the challenges and successes of individual support work and reflect on appropriate strategies and support structures.

Youth Workers/Leaders aged 16+ (paid • sessional • volunteers)
Cost : £FREE
This course is being subsidised and has a market value of £130.
However, please note that if you cancel within 72 hours or fail to attend on the day, you will be still be charged.
