About this Event
Claire is a mindful living expert practicing meditation, neuro-development and mindfulness. Claire has worked with prisons, schools, universities, businesses and hospitals to educate on these mindful practices. Together they created a series of yellow books encouraging expression of the arts through image and language.
Claire empowers individuals to manage their wellbeing and enables them to gain insight into emotions so they can respond in the way that is more resourceful.
During this workshop people will :-
Understand the power of aroma and the limbic system .
How to harmonise your mood through the use of essential oils.
This is an experiential workshop with an aromatic meditation enabling you to understand how to move from a stress response into calm.
