ACMP UK Webinar: Emotional Intelligence: a critical skill for effective organisational change
Wednedsday 15 May 2024, 13:00-14:00 (GMT)
It may surprise you to learn that several recent surveys of corporate executives reveal that ‘the future of AI is human’ and that the more human skills, such as creative problem-solving, flexibility and emotional intelligence will be the most in-demand skills over the coming years.
Too often, emotional intelligence is lumped into the ‘soft skills’ pot and there’s a widespread unspoken assumption that you’ve either ‘got it’ or you haven’t. This webinar takes a deep dive into the capabilities and behaviours that comprise emotional intelligence and explores ways to improve them, reveals why emotional intelligence is particularly vital for effective organisational change, and explores how taken a deliberate approach to developing these capabilities can improve the effectiveness of organisational change.
