Overview:
This is a half-day workshop looking at Emotional Intelligence and why it has become so important for leaders and organisational leadership; it is facilitated by an external provider and delivered virtually on 24th September 2025 - 9.30am-12.30pm. Tickets can be booked from 9.30am on Tuesday 8th July 2025.
Workshop content:
The course will provide leaders with practical frameworks and techniques to apply directly back in the workplace, both for themselves and their team, through exploration of the key areas of Emotional Intelligence comprising:
• Self-Awareness
• Self-Regulation
• Social Awareness
• Relationship Management
Who is it for?
This workshop is for staff with responsibility for leadership of Natural England people and teams, not just those with Line Management responsibility.
Please ensure you speak to your Line Manager before registering for this course to agree your personal learning objectives and include this is on your performance development plan.
