This is not a one-size-fits-all workshop.
This space is designed to support you in finding what actually works for your unique brain and body. Whether you're stress, feeling overwhelmed, struggle with nervous system dysregulation, neurodivergent, or just tired of being told to "just breathe" without any real tools—this is for you.
We will explore breathwork techniques and EFT, alongside exploring various modalities and strategies to support your emotional wellbeing and nervous system health.
This includes practices for self-soothing, boundary work, routine-building, and understanding what’s blocking or stopping you. We’ll also look at how to commit to change long-term in a way that feels safe, grounded, and sustainable for you.
Workshop Programme Includes:
- Why emotional regulation and nervous system health matter
- Understand how stress impacts your brain and daily functioning.
- The vagus nerve & self-soothing strategies
- Learn how to engage your body’s built-in calming system.
- Simple somatic exercises - Gentle, effective tools to bring regulation into your everyday.
- The power of breathwork
- Explore how breathing techniques support emotional regulation and mental clarity.
- Live breathwork session with guided demonstration
- Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Learn the tapping points and how to use EFT to release emotional blocks.

Meet the Coach!
Faraday Fearnside is a UK‑based coach, mentor, specialist tutor, and trainer hailing from Plymouth, England.
Faraday is qualified teacher and coach with a Post Grad in Teaching and a Post Grad in Coaching and Mentoring as well as various CPD in areas such as trauma, stress, and mental health and well-being. She also has a Level 2 in Breathwork and is at the end of her training as an EFT* (also known as tapping) practitioner.
Faraday brings nearly 15 years experience of supporting individuals, with stress or background trauma, a neurodivergent brain, and those looking to regain confidence and direction.
Trauma-aware coaching: She specialises in helping people move through resistance with compassion, recognising the role of nervous system responses in everyday challenges, not simply mindset.
Holistic development: Faraday's background also includes mentoring on employability, tutoring, motivational speaking, and training; all with a focus on emotional safety and personal growth.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, there is both paid and free parking. It is permit area from 12pm - 3pm, so the workshop runs from 9.30 - 12pm. Parking is 5 - 10 minutes away. There is also paid parking and a reasonably priced car park!
Anyone can attend as this is about emotional regulation and support. You may have a working diagnosis or suspect that you may be neurodivergent or you may be highly stressed and recovering from trauma.
Yes, there is tea and coffee facilities, and there will be cold drink. There will also be breakfast pastries and healthy snacks!
No, whilst they are linked in subject and progress, it is not essential to attend the others, you can do them as a stand alone!
