Mile Rainbow CIC (MR.CIC) was invited to deliver an emotional resilience (‘emotional vaccine’) workshop for staff at CGL Newham Rise, a leading UK substance misuse and social care service.
By empowering its staff, they can, in turn, empower young service users, their children and young adults up to age 25, enhancing emotional resilience and preventing everyday stress from developing into serious health issues. This invitation also recognises Mile Rainbow’s expertise and the trust placed in us to support frontline care workers’ wellbeing.
