Description

Emotionally Wealthy People™ is delivered by Joanne Freyja Theaker HG Dip P, MHGI, FRSA

How organised are your finances? Is money a major source or stress and anxiety in your life/social enterprise? How do you view your relationship with money?

For many of us, a major determinant of our emotional wellbeing is our relationship with money. The key is to view money as a tool to help us get our needs met rather than using it as a substitute for our failure to meet them. This distinction is often subtle, but leads to an enormous difference in how well we manage our money, our life and businesses as a whole.

Combining the latest findings in neuroscience, ancient wisdom and insights about the financial system, you'll leave this workshop with essential skills to ensure you use money to maximise your mental health and well-being - which is the true purpose of money.

Emotionally Wealthy People™ provides important insight, knowledge and skills into the following areas:

1. Understanding the influence of money on wellbeing

2. Improving resilience from anxiety and stress about money

3. Avoiding the trap of putting money before mental health

4. Understanding the central role of emotional systems in mental health

5. Assessing and learning how to achieve what you need for your wellbeing

6. Developing a healthy relationship with money that supports your needs and the needs of your social venture

This event is designed for people who have no prior knowledge of mental health or finance.
