In this webinar session, I will be discussing strategies to help improve parenting skills and reduce power struggles, tantrums/meltdowns, aggression (hitting/biting/throwing/yelling), social anxiety and other undesirable behaviours.
Emotional regulation and gentle parenting strategies will be provided with opportunity to practice before you apply it on your child(ren), as well as time to address any questions or concerns you may have.
