About this event

Charity & Causes • Healthcare

It is estimated that nearly 80% of women of menopausal age are in work [Faculty of Occupational Medicine]. With approximately a third of the workforce reaching the age of 50 and the average age of retirement increasing, there is no greater need than now to provide menopause support and information at work.

This webinar is part of our Menopause Series throughout October.

In this session, we will be joined by Caren Launus-Gamble, Director at KreativeInc Agency and Callum Gamble, autism advocate, author and specialist. We’ll explore neurodiversity, the relationship with the menopause and the impact of women in the workplace

The webinar will cover:

  • An introduction to neurodiversity and the lived experience perspective
  • Focus on the workplace
  • The impact on women going through the menopause

This webinar is for all staff to understand the relationship between the menopause and neurodiversity, the impact at work, and what support is required.

Have a question for one of our speakers? Email emp@wellbeingofwomen.org.uk before the event and they’ll do their best to answer your questions during the session.
