Customer Journey Mapping. It's one of the best ways to find out what it's like to be a customer, what it should be like and how (and why) things should be different.

Journey mapping must be done effectively though to make good use of everyone's time and to find the insights that will drive the right change. We'll therefore cover the "before, during and after" of journey mapping - how to set up the sessions, how to facilitate them on the day and how to get the most value from them afterwards.

We'll use live examples and create a journey map to give you the template and confidence to repeat the process with your own team.
