Description

The Work Skills Summer Employability Programme

Young boys and girls of today are not only assessed by their educational standards and their ability to adapt to their own immediate environment, but by the employable work skills they obtained. The younger generation can achieve tremendous success within the global landscape with real job skill that stands them out from their peers.

The ability to communicate effectively, establishing an appropriate connection between friends and family, and get people to act in a cross-cultural academic and technical environment has indeed become the centre of the new generation, and it is expected of this young generation to come in with the knowledge to navigate through the environment they find themselves.

Through this Work Skills Summer employability programme, young people between the ages of 16 to 19 in the NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) cohort will gain critical work employable skills in cross-cultural communication.

The skills gained will enable them to not only grow within any business sphere they find themselves but will also help them in a transition from their new-found industry education into bottom-line results, both internally and externally.
