Wednesday, 15 March 2017 from 18:30 to 21:00 (GMT)
Sam Grayston, the Nationwide Membership Manager, will begin the session explaining the highly effective engagement model which he uses for the business. They evolved the concept through analysing the essential motivators which encourage people to participate in processes. Through this model, he has developed methods for improving interest and loyalty, so they can increase involvement in activities which need positive consultation with interested people.
David Sheridan, Chairman of Europa Components, will explain the practicalities and his techniques which have ensured he has consistently engaged staff in his organisation. His methods have empowered staff, ensuring very happy customers and thus financial success. He will explain how he built his workforce of highly productive staff through good practices, including listening to their ideas. He has ensured they understand the quality and financial needs of the business and are highly committed to creating excellent products for customers.
